Yesterday at midnight “Volkswagen” minibus arrived at “Rava-Ruska” border crossing point. The driver was the citizen of Ukraine.

During  border control the border guard inspector of “Lviv” border guard detachment suspected the fact of prohibited goods  transportation across the state border in the vehicle. Therefore the vehicle was directed for additional inspection where it was cleared that 47-years-old resident of Volyn region hid 17 kilograms of natural amber in the fuel tank. Now, administrative protocol was drawn up on violator. The goods were confiscated and transmitted to customs service representatives.
