Visitors got acquainted with the history of the Office of Reforms, its main tasks and prospects for further development. Also, the issues of counteracting modern threats in the system of state border protection and implementation of European experience in the system of the State Border Guard Service were not left out.

During the visit, the EUMC representatives also inspected the IT equipment, estimated at almost 1 million UAH, which they provided as assistance. At present, modern computers and office equipment assist the staff of the Office of Reforms in carrying out the tasks of implementing reforms in the department, as well as providing coordination support to international partners.

As a result of the meeting, the mission expressed readiness to cooperate with the Office of Reforms for the next three years and provide the necessary assistance in the development of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
