Recently, border guards started on-line trainings with assistants of chiefs of regional directorates, border guard detachments and other units on gender issues.

The training organized and caried out by the assistant of the Head of the State Border Guard Service on gender issues colonel Olesia Klymenko.

Educational course dedicated on issues of gender equaling and the purpose of the course to explain main ideas of this field and familiarization wit International and National law on gender. In the end of the course we expect increasing of gender competence and implementation of gender policy in border guard units.

Besides, assistants on gender issues controlled anonymous questionnaire with SBGSU personnel on the topic of providing equal rights and possibilities in the SBGSU.
