Recently, as part of the press tour in the JFO area, foreign journalists also visited the Shchastya entry / exit checkpoint (EECP). Among the foreign delegates are representatives of France, Great Britain, Germany, the United States, as well as citizens of Ukraine who are accredited by foreign media.

The delegation’s visit to the Shchastya EECP took place after the completion of the determined by the JFO Commander regulations for the operation and, as all EECPs border guards are on duty around the clock, journalists were able to inspect the EECP’s territory and get acquainted with its operation. In particular, the “green berets” demonstrated to the visitors the readiness to ensure the round-the-clock security of citizens within the defined road corridors and the efficiency of responding to any provocations from the enemy.
