Kalkan, pilengas, sturgeon and herring have returned to their natural habitat - the border guards prevented more than half a million UAH from harming nature.

Operational officers of Donetsk border guard detachment jointly with representatives of the Prosecutor’s Office of Donetsk region patrolled marine border of Yalta border guard division. During the patrol joint group detected fishing equipment.

As a result of joint actions law enforcement officers detected 23 prohibited means of fishing with a total length of 1380 meters.

Law enforcement officers seized means of fishing as evidence, and returned fish to the natural environment.
