"10 years of war and for two of them Ukraine has been steadfastly resisting a full-scale russian invasion.

The whole country, in a single impulse, once again started to defend and strengthen its positions.

Border guards are an integral part of the Defense Forces of Ukraine. Together with other Ukrainian servicemen, they courageously hold their positions on the front line, on the border with the aggressor, perform specified combat tasks and enforce border defense.

731 days ago, as in 2014, military personnel of the State Border Guard Service did not hesitate to repel the enemy.

I am immensely grateful to every border guard - soldiers, officers - for unity and selfless service, for courage and bravery.

From the first shots at the enemy and the world-famous guide to the russian ship during this time, border guard units took part in the occupied territories liberation, in the most difficult operations, assaults, they defended Kyiv, Mariupol, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Bakhmut, Mariinka, Avdiivka... Thousands of battles, repelling assaults and attacks, destroying invaders and their means, enemy air targets, rescuing people, protecting sea borders...

But along with this, we are constantly increasing our forces, equipping units with modern equipment and weapons, developing our own artillery, electronic warfare systems and unmanned aviation, and forming brigade-type border guard units.

Step by step, we are all getting closer to our Victory! At the same time, we pay a too high price - human lives. Eternal respect to the defenders who gave their all in the fight for Ukraine. Eternal memory to all Ukrainians who died from russian terror.

I sincerely thank everyone who supports Ukrainian soldiers, who defends Ukraine and our independence, who is always by our side, who works for the good of the state, international partners and, most importantly, the entire Ukrainian people.

Together we are strong! Together we will stand! Together to Victory over the fierce enemy!
