Four violators, who were trying to illegally cross the state border at the checkpoints on the border with Poland and at the airport “Boryspil”, were detained last weekend by the State Border Guard Service officers.

Thus, at “Shehyni” BCP the border guards of Mostyska detachment at the pedestrian port of entry detected two citizens of the Republic of Ghana with other people's documents - passports of Ghana and Germany. As to the man and the woman, born in 1982 and 1986, the records on administrative violations under Art. 204-1 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Violation “Illegal crossing or attempt of illegal crossing of the state border of Ukraine” were drawn up.

Also at that checkpoint there was detained a Ukrainian, who tried to leave Ukraine using an invalid passport. A native of Chernivtsi Oblast, born in 1971, because of the problems with the law in the European Union has repeatedly tried to cross the border with the passports illegally obtained on different names. Besides drawing up the records on administrative violation for the attempt of illegal crossing of the state border of Ukraine, the border guards also sent a corresponding record to the representatives of the National Police about the detection of signs of crime under Article 358 of the Criminal Code “Forgery of documents, seals, stamps and forms, their distribution, use of forged documents”.

And at the airport "Boryspil" the border guards of “Kyiv” BCP detained a citizen of Iraq who tried to fly to Tehran under a false passport. As it turned out during the conversation, he got that false document from his sister from Iraq. Currently different verifications concerning that citizen are being conducted.
