Officials of Ukraine and the Republic of Lithuania visited Luhansk region

The Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal, the Prime Minister of Lithuania Ingrida Shimonite and the Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine - Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine Iryna Vereshchuk visited the border guard

The delegates were accompanied by the Commander of the Joint Forces Operation, Lieutenant General Oleksandr Pavliuk, the Head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration - the head of the regional military-civil administration Serhii Haidai and Colonel Yurii Petriv - the head of the Luhansk Border Detachment named after the Hero of Ukraine, Colonel Yevhen Pikus.

The high-ranking officials visited the Stanytsia Luhanska checkpoint. During the working trip, the guests were acquainted with the mode of operation, the procedure for passing through the demarcation line and provided with answers to important questions.

After changing the location, the delegates went to the Shchastia entry-exit checkpoint, where a briefing was held with the participation of the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal and the Prime Minister of Lithuania Ingrid Shimonite. Those present had the opportunity to get answers to important questions.

After the conversation with the public, high-ranking officials got acquainted with the arrangement of the adjacent territory – the service area. Currently, there is a center for administrative services, a mother and child room, a bank branch and other facilities for citizens who will cross the entry-exit checkpoint.

At the end of the meeting, the delegates thanked for the warm welcome.
