The internationally wanted criminal was found by border guards at the Mohyliv-Podilskyi border crossing point.

An Interpol database was activated while checking the documents of a 24-year-old Moldovan who was returning home. As it turned out, since last year, German law enforcement agencies have put the man on the international wanted list for a number of serious crimes: robbery and burglary.

Border guards informed the Ukrainian bureau of Interpol about the discovery of the wanted man. A Moldovan citizen was escorted from the border crossing point accompanied by National Police officers.
