Yesterday «Mercedes-Benz Sprinter» minibus (of Russian registration) came for border and customs control at "Katerynivka" border crossing point, Sumy region. The driver was a citizen of Moldova. During inspection of the vehicle, border guards and customs service representatives jointly detected substitution of chassis number. Later, during in-depth inspection license plates and registration documents for this vehicle (but of German registration) were detected in the cabin and niches under the front passenger seat. Currently, vehicle (2004 production year) was confiscated in the established order. Representatives of police were informed about this offense.
