Last night at the Vystupovychi BCP at the border with Belarus, border guards of the Ovruch border guard division of the Zhytomyr border guard detachment in cooperation with customs officers found undeclared medicines in a truck.

Last night at the Vystupovychi BCP at the border with Belarus, border guards of the Ovruch border guard division of the Zhytomyr border guard detachment in cooperation with customs officers found undeclared medicines in a truck.

They were transported to Ukraine by a Ukrainian national who was driving a DAF truck. In particular, almost 300 packages of undeclared foreign-made medicines used in dentistry were found in the car.

At present, medicines worth more than 510,000 UAH have been confiscated by customs officials. The driver, a resident of Zhytomyr Region, was brought to administrative responsibility.
