The Naval Guard Training Center has begun a three-month training of the second crew of future Naval Guard ships under the Ukrainian-French OCEA project.

20 military personnel from the Mariupil, Odessa and Izmail detachments of the Marine Guard will study English according to an intensive program for 310 training hours.

From the first day the newcomers immersed into an intensive language learning course: grammar exercises with SMART Board, video presentations, testing with NIBELUNG software.

The program allows teachers to use class time effectively, monitor and manage the actions of the future crew and provides them with the necessary tools for effective interactive communication, and junior professionals to communicate with the teacher without distracting others.

Classes are held in accordance with the schedule, in order to improve and deepen the junior staff knowledge and skills, not only in a foreign language, but also in the specialty.

It should be noted that in April at the Maritime Security Training Center in Izmail there took place the first graduation of military personnel who studied at the specialized language and professional training courses for the crews of Ukrainian-French Marine Guard ships of the Ukrainian-French project.
