Luhansk border guard detachment and "Stanychno-Luhanske" border guard division were repositioned to safer places with the aim to continue performance of duties on border protection.  It was caused by sustaining attacks of large groups of well-armed gunmen and the inability to continue to perform administrative functions at their permanent garrisons.
