Our country fellow, a resident of Lviv region, was going to Poland. However, after the inspection, border guards had to disappoint the driver. The Interpol database alerted on the vehicle. The car was stolen in Ukraine.

The subsequent scenario looked standard. The border guards of the Lviv Border Guard Detachment informed the representatives of the National Police about the violation. The operative and investigation group of Yavoriv PD of National Police Headquarters in Lviv Region arrived at the border crossing point.

At the same time, border guards received a letter from the Ukrainian Bureau of Interpol confirming the status of the car as stolen, and the country initiating the search was Ukraine.

Within an hour, the vehicle, accompanied by National Police officers, left the border crossing point.
