Searches were conducted in the warehouse and office of the law firm. Investigative and operational measures were carried out by officers of operational and investigative units of the Donetsk Border Guard Detachment in cooperation with officials of the Security Service of Ukraine and the State Fiscal Service, under the procedural guidance of the Left Bank District Prosecutor's Office of Mariupol.

In the elaboration of the criminal proceedings support under Article 199 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, operatives documented the activities of a group of persons who distributed these products in the territory of Donetsk and other regions of Ukraine.

The origin of counterfeit tobacco products is currently being established.
