Servicemen of the Izmail detachment detained a violator who was carrying a black cat near the border with Moldova.

A border patrol detected and stopped him near the village of Novi Troiany. The detainee was a 28-year-old resident of Odesa named Anton. He admitted that he planned to move abroad and decided to take the furry pet named Kit with him.

Borderguards drew up documents of administrative proceedings against the detained man for attempting to cross the border illegally.
