Another group of illegal migrants was detained today in Zakarpattia region by border guards of Mukachevo border guard detachment jointly with migration police officers with the forceful support of DOZOR special forces officers.

After receiving information from the operative-search department of the border guard detachment about a possible border violation, the response group from Veliatino Border Guard Inspectors Section, in cooperation with DOZOR special forces and migration police officers, revealed a group of eight men moving towards the Romanian border.

The detainees did not have any documents with them. All called themselves citizens of Pakistan. Foreigners were taken to the border guard unit to draw up reports on administrative offenses and conduct inspections.

Measures are currently being taken to identify those involved in the organization of illegal travel.
