A resident of Kharkiv, who tried to enter illegally Hungary, was detained by officials of the Border Guard Division "Kosyno" of the Mukachevo Detachment.

While patrolling, around 21 o'clock, border patrol of the section "Velyka Byihan" saw an unknown man at a distance of 10 meters to the border. The young man could not explain the purpose of his stay at the border. The man was carrying cash, personal belongings, and a change of clothes in his backpack.

The man was taken to the border guard unit for filtration measures. During the inspection, border guards found out that the 21-year-old resident of Kharkiv was wanted by law enforcement officers for committing a crime.

Border guards informed officers of the Berehovo district police department about this fact, and then handed over the detainee to them according to the established procedure.
