Over the weekend, border guards of Morozovychi border guard division detained two men who intended to cross the Ukrainian-Polish border illegally.

On Saturday morning, while patrolling the area, the border patrol found tracks leading towards the state border. As a result of the search, law enforcement officers detained a 36-year-old citizen of Ukraine. The man admitted to the border guards that he was on his way to Poland.

Border guards discovered another offender yesterday, November 27. He was detained by a border patrol a few hundred meters from the state border. The man did not have any documents with him, but he told the border guards that he was a resident of Zhytomyr and hoped to get abroad outside the border crossing points.

Administrative reports were drawn up on offenders. Now the men will have to be responsible for their illegal actions in court.
