Border guards of Volyn border guard detachment stopped seven attempts to illegally cross the Ukrainian-Polish border.

Three Ukrainians intended to go abroad using forged documents through Yahodyn border crossing point. When checking the documents submitted for control, the inspectors found signs of forgery in the temporary certificate of a person liable for military service, a military ID and a certificate of the Military Medical Commission.

Three more men of military age hoped to leave the country using foreign passports of other countries. During communication with border guards, they admitted that they were citizens of Ukraine. The offenders were not allowed to cross the border, but were brought to administrative responsibility.

A Border Guard Patrol detained an 18-year-old resident of Kirovohrad region a hundred meters from the border with Poland. The young man tried to illegally circumvent the BCP. However, a vigilant resident of the border region informed law enforcement officers about the appearance of a stranger, who promptly detained the violator. Administrative materials were drawn up against the offender for attempting to violate the state border and were sent to court.
