In the Odesa region, law enforcement officers confiscated alcohol of dubious origin and excise-free tobacco products.

Containers with liquid, which has a characteristic smell of alcohol, and cigarettes without excise stamps were found during searches of 11 private households in Kuchurhan, authorized by the Kyiv District Court of Odessa.

The events were carried out by border guards of the Podil detachment and the Investigative Department of the National Police Headquarters in Odesa oblast and with the support of the border special unit, under the procedural guidance of the Odesa regional prosecutor’s office as part of the proceedings.

Investigation is underway.
