The truck driver was found with a second package of documents for the three times cheaper goods after crossing the Polish border.

Border guards initiated an in-depth inspection of a heavy truck that arrived at Rava-Ruska border crossing point. According to the documents provided by the driver, the truck trailer was supposed to contain almost 20 tons of used clothes, the cost of which was more than 27 thousand US dollars. The consignor was a Czech company, and the consignee was an enterprise of citizens' associations in Kyiv region.

During an in-depth inspection of the truck, border guards and customs officers found new clothes among the used clothes, as well as another package of documents for the goods. As it turned out, the customs declaration of the Republic of Poland stated that the weight of the same cargo was half a ton less and the value was three times higher.

So, the goods, which were tried to be imported into Ukraine under a fraudulent scheme, were confiscated by customs officers.
