Today Russian extremists attacked radar post “Sevastopol” which monitored the surface picture. Armed attackers in military uniform and civil clothes broke the door and entered the building. Radio technic units and telecommunication cables were dissembled and destroyed.

Before the Russian military were blocking the radio surveillance at the point of technical surveillance cape “Fonar" by their technical means.

Today, special equipped representatives of Russian Special Forces and Crimea “self-defense” continue blocking 11 border guard units. The Azov and Black sea regional directorate; Simferopol border detachment, Kerch and Sevastopol marine detachments, border departments: “Kerch”, “Evpatoria”, “Simpferopol”, “Shcholkino”, “Feodosia” and “Sevastopol”, ferry crossing point “Krym” are among them.

However, the staff of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine in Crimea continue performing certain tasks under tremendous moral and psychological coersion, intimidations and blackmail from representatives of Russia special services. Ukrainian border guards are faithful to their Oath and Ukrainian people. They are not leaving their units and does not transfer border management system of Ukraine to aggressors.
