As law enforcement officers found out, this car was stolen in Italy at the end of 2010. How it managed to be unnoticed by the police for more than 10 years remains a mystery.

By the way, at this weekend another stolen car was detected by the border guards of the Chernivtsi BG detachment. A light truck arrived at the Porubne BCP. The driver, a citizen of Ukraine, and the truck were detained by the border guards. The Ukrainian Interpol Bureau was informed about the detected vehicle. Subsequently, the Renault with the Ukrainian registration and the driver were handed over to the National Police for further verification and making legal decisions.
