In the framework of cooperation with the European Union Advisory Mission Ukraine (EUAM Ukraine) in the area of ensuring equal rights and opportunities for women and men in the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, in order to promote a culture of gender equality among the personnel, prevent discrimination on the basis of gender during service, representatives of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine in cooperation with EUAM Ukraine experts developed and published Guideline for representatives of the State Border Guard Service's certification commissions to prevent discrimination and sexism in the work of certification commissions. The printed materials were sent to the state border guard agencies and units.
