Eleven men bound to military service tried to cross the state border and were detained by the border guards of Mukachevo border guard detachment in Transcarpathia.

Two individuals and a smuggler were detained by the border guards of Velyka Byihan border guard inspector section, while acting on information received from the operatives of Mukachevo BG detachment.  The two men from Odesa had the intention to enter Hungary illegally with the help of a local resident.  They were brought to the border by a 48-year-old resident of the village of Dyida who promised to organize a smooth passage for them. All three men were detained. Another Ukrainian who tried to enter Hungary illegally was apprehended by the border guards of Luzhanka border guard division. The detainee turned out to be a resident of Transcarpathia.  

One resident of Kyiv and three residents of Sumy Oblast were detained not far from the Ukrainian-Romanian border by the border patrol of Veliatyno border guard inspector section.

Two men were stopped at the border area by the servicemen of Tiachiv border guard division while attempting to illegally cross the border into Romania. One of the detainees came from Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, while the other came from Kharkiv Oblast.

Another offender arrived in Transcarpathia from Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast. The man also planned to reach Romania illegally He was detained by the border patrol of Dilove border guard division.

Protocols on administrative offences were filed against the detainees, and their cases were sent to court.

The border guards also sent a report to the National Police regarding the discovery of signs of a crime in the actions of one of the detainees.
