The flow of citizens on the border of Ukraine with the EU and Moldova continues to decline. The level of congestion at checkpoints has also decreased significantly.

So, comparing the state of the queues for the last 12 hours (from 00:00 on March 2), we note that the number of passenger cars waiting to cross the border has decreased from about 3900 to 1425 cars. Queues of pedestrians - within 30-50 people.

More detailed information about the queues can be found on the Facebook page Western Regional Department of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine-Western Border.

Currently, relatively small queues of cars are recorded at the following checkpoints:

on the border with Poland: "Smilnytsia" (400 p /c), "Shehyni" (240 p / c);

on the border with Slovakia: "Malyy Bereznyy" (100 p / c), "Uzhgorod" (250 p / c);

on the border with Romania: "Solotvino" (50 p / c), "Porubne" (300 p / c).

The rest of the checkpoints are free.

IMPORTANT: currently, in addition to registration of persons, border guards together with customs officers are actively processing humanitarian goods.

Remember that all checkpoints on the western border are open 24 hours a day.
