The Head of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine said the following in an interview:

-… As of now, we do not see any withdrawal of troops from camps near Voronezh and Bohuchar of Voronezh region. At the moment, we see this process on the territory of the temporarily occupied Crimea. This was another element of the hybrid war.

-… Regarding the case of the Russian helicopter that has violated our airspace, we sent a letter to the Russian border guards, informed the leadership of the Armed Forces, all interested ministries and departments. However, Russia's position is always the same – “there are no them there” and “it wasn’t there.”

-… Every border guard protecting the state border, especially in the Russian section, must have an iron endurance. This is what I constantly tell my subordinates. Only in the case of 100% conviction that armored vehicles have entered the territory of Ukraine, an armed unit of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation has entered, only then we use weapons and destroy it.
