Thus, on May 29, 2021, OSCE Secretary General Helga Maria Schmid and First Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Emine Dzhaparova got acquainted with the situation at the Novotroitske Entry Exit Check Point, and the Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Oleh Nemchinov visited the Hnutovo EECP.

During the visit to the entry exit checkpoints, the delegates got acquainted, first of all, with the available infrastructure for safe and comfortable crossing of the demarcation line by citizens. Ukrainian law enforcement officers assured of their readiness to ensure the passage of citizens across the line of demarcation. At the same time, the border guards informed that the occupiers completely blocked traffic through the road corridor where the Hnutovo EECP is located, and through the road corridor where the Novotroitske EECP is located, the Russian occupation forces pass only twice a week, significantly restricting passenger traffic.
