BG-101, the oldest boat of the Maritime Guard, has a venerable age, a glorious path and a commander who began his service on board as a motorist.

This tandem, tested by years and sea and combat hardening, is known in the Maritime Guard. And it is quite obvious that the crew of the boat is also united, brave and reliable.

Protecting the state maritime borders and performing combat missions, this year Kamo BG-101 has covered almost 8000 nautical miles. The boat is constantly carefully and meticulously maintained, and the iron sworn brother thanks the crew for not letting down in any situation and environment - it works as hard as those who serve on board.

During the year, four conscripts were hardened and trained on board the boat, one of whom decided to switch to contract service immediately after the beginning of the full-scale invasion. Petty Officer 2nd Class Dmytro holds the position of an electrician helmsman and is confident that he has to defend his native country side by side with his sworn brothers and do everything possible for the victory over the occupants.

On the occasion of the Flag Raising Day, the crew was congratulated by the leadership of the Regional Directorate of the Maritime Guard, Odesa Detachment and colleagues.

The best servicemen were awarded with letters of commendation and diplomas. And sworn brothers also treated them with delicacies.
