Expecting to cross the state border of Ukraine as soon as possible illegal migrants use forged documents more often. However, representatives of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine closely watch for such “travelers” and prevent such offences.

Few days ago, during processing of “Kharkiv – Vienna” flight passengers, border guards detected one passenger with forged Schengen visa. The traveler, citizen of Eritrea, confessed that in such way he tried to get to EU countries.

Several days ago, border guards of Zhuliany airport (Kyiv) detected a violator, who produced a forged Ukrainian temporary residence permit for inspection. It turned out that a citizen of Georgia, who intended to fly to Kutaisi, had overstayed the duration of staying in Ukraine. The man asked his friends to help him to make this document with the aim to improve the situation. Now, the violator was detained and transmitted to representatives of police.
