Yesterday citizen of Ukraine was detained in Kharkiv oblast near the Ukrainian-Russian border. Border guards stopped a violator at “Vovchansk” border guard division, 30 metres from the state border. Border guards received information about stranger with two motorbikes from local residents. It was cleared that our 31-year-old citizen of Ukraine tried to carry two motorbikes (“Honda”, “Delta”) to Russia. For illegal crossing the state border the citizen of Ukraine has to pay fine at a rate of 2700 UAH. Total amount of the confiscated motorbikes is 7,500 UAH.
