Yesterday border guards and customs service representatives jointly detected packages with vegetable substance in “Volkswagen” vehicle at “Hoptivka” border crossing point, Kharkiv region.

Citizen of Ukraine attempted to go to Russia. However, service dog reacted to the vehicle. During preliminary inspection the packages of vegetable substance were detected in the vehicle. 52-years-old citizen of Ukraine hid them in the back bumper of his "Passat".

 

The car was immediately sent to the deep inspection, and representatives of Security Service of Ukraine were informed about this fact. During additional inspection, 25 polyethylene packages with vegetable substance (8,8 kilograms) were removed from the bumper of the vehicle. Potion is confiscated now, and the man will have to give an explanation to the Security Service of Ukraine.
