The patrol of Topoli border guard division has recently found a fresh trace of a snowmobile. This vehicle has illegally crossed the border from Russia. Soon the search teams found a snowmobile, which was caught by law enforcement officers near the village of Khatnie. There were two men in the detained vehicle.

The driver-violator explained that he had bought the snowmobile in the territory of Russian Federation. To import the vehicle into Ukraine, he decided to cross the border illegally. Soon he was met by his friend, a resident of the village of Khatnie, and the men were going to his dwelling. By the way, the passenger of the snowmobile has also violated the law, as he was at the border without identity documents.

The documents of administrative proceedings were issued for the violators: for the driver - for illegal crossing of the state border, for the passenger - for violation of the border regime. The seized snowmobile will be handed over to customs officers for further legal decision.
