During the battle, which was held in early June at “Marynivka” border crossing point, as a result of planned combat actions of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine and Armed Forces of Ukraine 1 “Ural” vehicle, 2 “KamAZ” vehicles were destroyed and 1 armoured vehicle of terrorists was damaged.

After review of “trophies”, mechanics of border guard agency decided to renew shot up armoured vehicle. In a few days, after carrying out necessary works, the armoured vehicle was introduced to border guard’s groups for serving. Border guards have repainted fighting machine and have put on the board the national symbols.

Now restored armored vehicle is used by border guards at other, the most dangerous areas and protects the life of soldiers.
