A discussion of Practical handbook "VEGA measures of combating human trafficking at airports" was held at the headquarters of the European Border and Coast Guard Agency FRONTEX (Warsaw, Poland) during the period from 14 till 16 March 2017.

The discussion of Practical handbook "VEGA measures of combating human trafficking at airports" was held at the headquarters of the European Border and Coast Guard Agency FRONTEX (Warsaw, Poland) during  the period from 14 till 16 March 2017.

Within the framework of the Eastern Partnership, representatives of the Administration of  State Border Guard Service of Ukraine also participated in the discussion.

It should be noted that, this Practical handbook was worked out for the staff serving in law enforcement agencies. Besides this handbook contains detailed and specific recommendations for the organization and carrying out activities to identify and eliminate criminal organizations involved in human trafficking at airports.

The handbook was designed in the best European practices based on the experience of the Eastern Partnership. It will be translated into different languages and published in the near future.
