This weekend, real football battles happened in Odessa.

Thirteen football teams (national team of lawyers of Odessa region, teams of USBU, National Police, customs, prosecutor's office, Naval Forces of Ukraine, veterans of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Odesa seaport, Commercial Court of Odesa region, Odesa District Administrative Court, Prymorskyi District Court of Odesa and executive service), including border guards of the Southern Regional Directorate, took part in a mini-football tournament for the Cup of the Chairman of the Bar Council of Odesa region.

In the final confrontation, teams of border guards and the Ukrainian Navy met. None of the sports teams wanted to lose to each other, however, fatigue and the absence of two players in the team affected the result and the border guards took an honorable second place.

In short, football battles and sports excitement really took place on the pitch that day, but the game was really professional and friendly, because during the match none of the players was injured, however, everyone got a lot of positive emotions.

Football matches were held in other units of the State Border Guard Service. In particular, in the city of Berdiansk, the tournament on mini-football among law enforcement agencies devoted to the Defender of Ukraine Day took place. In total, more than 50 sportsmen from various law enforcement agencies took part in the tournament. In the final confrontation, the team of border guards defeated the team of the National Guard, winning the cup for first place.

Border guards of the Chop BG Detachment also won a convincing victory in the mini-football tournament, which took place the other day in Uzhhorod.
