Border guards detected a group of smugglers who tried to transfer a huge party of tobacco products across the Ukrainian-Romanian border.

During the realization of operational information border patrol of border section “Bila Krynytsia” detected a group of unknown persons with packages. Border guards made a few warning shots and smugglers leave their goods and started to escape.

During the pursue border guards detained three smugglers.

In total, smugglers planned to transfer above 12.5 thousand packs of cigarettes.
