Recently, operatives of the Berdiansk Border Guard Detachment together with representatives of the National Police prevented the illegal transportation and sale of goods without excise stamps.

During the inspection of a vehicle at one of the BCPs in Dnipropetrovs'k region, law enforcement officers found 3,500 packs of excise-free tobacco products, several barrels and plastic containers, previously filled with alcohol, with a total volume of over 400 liters.

The 37-year-old Ukrainian who was in the car explained that he allegedly did not know what he was transporting, as his friend asked him to move the goods.
