Ukrainian defenders are continuing to defend fortress-town Bakhmut from russian invaders. Border guards as a part of the Defence Forces of Ukraine are stopping the enemy’s attacks and inflicting maximum casualties.

Border guard units prevented two attempts of the enemy’s assault. During the day, the enemy attacked a border guard’s stronghold, and another in the first half of the night. After a few hours, gun fights wagners retreated.

Border guards’ mortar crews also had strokes on the enemy. In particular, mortar strikes hit accumulations of enemy infantry. And border guards’ snipers liquidated three invaders. This crew just started to deploy the machine gun.

During the day border guards liquidated 21 occupiers: 5 were killed, and 16 were injured.
