The State Border Guard Service fighters, together with their comrades-in-arms from the Ukrainian Defense Forces, continue to destroy the occupiers near the fortress city of Bachmut.

During the day, the border guards repelled three enemy attacks. The hostile forces attempted to storm with infantry units supported by artillery and army aviation. Despite heavy shelling, the Ukrainian defenders held their positions firmly. Using drones, border guards detected the approach of enemy infantry in advance and directed the fire of mortars and artillery of the Ukrainian Armed Forces towards them. The occupiers who managed to get close to our positions were treated to lead from small arms and grenades by the State Border Guard Service fighters. The enemy did not succeed and retreated for regrouping. The losses of the Russian-occupation forces are being investigated.
