Border guards prevent 550 attempts to provide unlawful benefits worth approximately 6 million UAH at border crossing points since the introduction of martial law in Ukraine.

The total amount of money offered by perpetrators to the law enforcement officers in national and foreign currency amounted to about 6 million hryvnias.

Demonstrating a high level of integrity and intolerance to corruption, border guards in all these cases refused the offered illegal benefits and reported them to representatives of the National Police. Administrative protocols were drawn up against the offenders.
