Border guards of the Lviv detachment together with customs officers and operatives checked the passengers of a bus traveling to Poland at the Krakivets checkpoint.

During the inspection, a service dog reacted to our 52-year-old compatriot. So he was invited for an additional interview and inspection.

As a result, the inspection team found three plastic bags with a substance of gray-green origin, probably marijuana. The packages were under the man's outerwear and were attached to the body.

The total weight of the packages was more than 550 grams. The SSU was informed about this fact.

In another case, at the Grushiv checkpoint, border guards with customs officers found drug-containing pills as a result of risk indicators triggering. A 35-year-old Ukrainian citizen tried to smuggle precursor tablets into Poland. During a search of her belongings, inspectors found 200 tablets. Representatives of the National Police were informed about this fact.
