The district inspector of the ‘Nismychi’ border guard department of the Lviv Border Guard Detachment received information from a local resident about the appearance of an unknown car in one of the settlements.

In order to verify the information from the border guard unit, the squad left. Near one of the settlements of Chervonohrad district, a few hundred meters to the state border, border guards stopped a Chevrolet car in which three Turkish citizens aged from 30 to 40 were driving.

As it turned out, the foreigners entered Ukraine legally and had identification documents with them. However, they decided to get to Poland outside the BCP.

A report was drawn up against the detainees under Art. 204-1 ‘Illegal crossing or attempt of illegal crossing of the state border of Ukraine’. The decision will be made by the court.
