The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine with the help of international partners increases the comfort and safety of crossing the demarcation line.

In particular, yesterday the representatives of the International Organization for Migration handed over medical equipment to the Donetsk Border Guard Detachment, which will be used at the entry exit check points. Border guards have received defibrillators, digital blood pressure monitors, non-contact thermometers and breathing bags.

Medical equipment will be distributed in the Hnutovo and Novotroitske entry exit check points. To provide assistance with the use of funds and equipment, servicemen will receive appropriate training.

It should be noted that according to the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, medical needs are among the three main reasons for crossing the line. Therefore, the need for emergency home care in checkpoints is very important.
