Operatives from the Mohyliv-Podilskyi Border Guard Detachment uncovered a man who had organized an illegal scheme for transporting individuals across the state border.

During the operation, it was revealed that a 34-year-old resident of the Mohyliv-Podilskyi community had set up a channel for the illegal transportation of conscripted men across the border. Investigations by the operatives determined that this individual was involved in processing documents that granted the right to exit Ukraine through border checkpoints in violation of current legislation. Furthermore, the offender, for a fee, provided "services" for illegal border crossings outside of designated border crossing points.

The perpetrator, who specialized in the illegal transportation of conscripted men across the border, was apprehended while attempting to receive an unlawful monetary reward amounting to 13,000 US dollars.

The apprehension was the result of joint efforts with officers from the Migration Police Department of the National Police in the Vinnytsia region, involving special forces from the KORD unit and under the procedural guidance of the Vinnytsia Regional Prosecutor's Office.

Subsequently, during sanctioned searches, seals, mobile devices, funds, and rough notes with evidence of unlawful activities were seized. Currently, the circle of individuals involved is being established, and the suspect has been charged with committing a crime. The investigation is ongoing.
