Border guards found two people with phones full of compromising information

In the Kyiv region, border guards discovered two men whose means of communication contained compromising materials. Citizens were on their way to the capital.

From a citizen of Ukraine born in 1988, a native of the Luhansk region, border guards discovered information containing russian propaganda, anti-Ukrainian correspondence with persons living in the temporarily occupied territory. The law enforcement officers also established that the man was familiar with one of the militants of the so-called "Wagner PMC".

Also another citizen, born in 1950, a native of Donetsk, was found by border guards to have russian rubles, recordings of conversations with law enforcement agencies of the russian federation and the so-called DPR, mobile numbers of people temporarily living in the occupied territories and numbers of russian subscribers. The border guards also established that the man went to the russian federation at the end of July and returned in October.

Citizens were transferred to competent authorities for further legal action.
