Border guards found drugs on two travelers on the border with Poland

Attempts to move drugs across the Ukrainian-Polish border were prevented by servicemen of the Lviv Detachment at the BCPs "Shehyni" and "Hrushiv".

During the inspection of a car "Peugeot", in which a 32-year-old our compatriot was heading to Poland through the BCP "Shehyni", a white powdery substance was found under the driver's seat. It was preliminarily established that this substance was amphetamine.

In another case, at the BCP "Hrushiv", during the inspection of passengers of a bus, a 20-year-old Ukrainian woman was found to be carrying a bundle with a gray-green substance of plant origin. According to the citizen, the substance, which she hid in a cigarette pack, was marijuana.

The "finds" were found by border guard dogs trained to search for drugs.

The National Police officers were informed about these facts.
