Operational employees of Lviv border detachment exposed an enterprise that was exporting grain and wasn’t payed tax to the state budget.

Total sum of damage is almost 3.8 mln UAH.

Law enforcement officers found out that previous year the enterprise exported to Poland huge amount of agricultural products (wheat, corn) without appropriate documents. With the purpose to hid illegal activity the director of enterprise entered imaginary contracts.

Besides, the enterprise didn’t mention incomes in reports in full.

In this way, the director decreased tax and evaded to pay taxes almost 3.8 mln UAH.

As a result of search operations detected and seized documents that show connection of the enterprise for committing a lawful violation.

Operational servicemen of Lviv border detachment conducted measures of preventing illegal activity joint with the detective of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine in Volyn region under the procedural governance of Volyn Prosecutor’s Office.

The pre-trial investigation finished, the case referred to the court.
