The four men who were detained on the spot are drug addicts and were prosecuted for this earlier. Two of them are probationers.

According to the operational information of the border guards of the Main Operative and Investigative Department of the separate BCP "Kyiv", together with an employee of the ID MD SSU in Kyiv and due to the force support of servicemen of the 10th mobile border guard detachment "Dozor", a drug laboratory was uncovered.

As part of the criminal proceedings, border guards found 50 grams of amphetamine, 500 grams of nitropropene, 5 grams of cannabis, about 20 kg of precursors, various reagents, alkaline solutions and devices for the production and using of drugs. The law enforcement officers also found 3 rounds of 9 mm caliber for small arms weapon.

Narcotic, psychotropic substances and ammunition were seized and sent for examination. Information on the sale of drugs to citizens is checked. Investigations are ongoing. The person was handed over to the National Police.
